Subject:B4 leslie speed MIDI footswitch?

Hi,

Sorry if this been asked 1000 times before (I did some searching in the
archives).

Is there a cheap solution on the market for just switching Leslie speed
on B4?
I'm thinking of something like a footswitch with a midi out that sends
the CC message.
I could then connect this to the midi in on my Roland A33 master
keyboard which has a built-in midi merger to merge the switch message
with the other midi data.

I'm switching from Hammond-Suzuki XM-1/XMc1 to B4. Any way I could use
the drawbars of the XMc1 and the footswitch input of the XM1 to control
B4 if I connect the midi out of the XM-1 to my B4 laptop (using a
hardware anatek midi merger I already own to connect the keyboard at the
same time)?
