Actually, the guy trying to scam our friend is named "Ken"... I have his
full name but will not release it. He is a crooked scam artist and all the
lists must be made aware of this...

The other side of the story is now on another list and it just so
happens I'm acquainted with the buyer as well. Frank, you really are
asking for a lot trouble and I wouldn't count on anyone doing business
with you anymore, at least on this list. I also agree with David, you
need to do the right thing....
