Some clones are worse offenders than others. For years the Suzuki clones
were horrible. The beating in a XB2 was almost intolerable when you had a
rotating horn on tremolo. The XK2 was almost as bad.



Funny, my wife and I saw Steppenwolf last summer and the organ player
performed with a XB2 through two Leslie 145's. I could not believe how bad
it sounded with all that harmonic beating. But no one else seemed to mind.

Tuning issues.

I have been asked this countless times since we make said device. It is
masked by the slow speed rotors. Place the PRO-3T on complete stop and
play the notes that most offend. With no effects on the Organ you will
hear the beating. By the way, Hammonds have the same issue but because
they are not tuned the same (lots on that subject) it is less noticeable
but still there!

I like to think of myself as a moderately intelligent person, but one
thing just doesn't make
sense to me. Why do I notice the problem of harmonic beating only when
my Pro-3tm is
on fast? I'm sure there's a valid reason, I'd like to know what it is.
