As far as the discussion on this subject, I think it would probably be a mistake to treat it as a legitimate post to start with. Its probably a variation of the "Nigerian Scam". We get a lot of spam posts that never see the light of day on the list. This is one where I probably hit the Accept instead of Delete button by mistake this morning.
