Tony's and my experiences are similar...The 'Wurli'
Voices on my Yamaha S90ES (especially the amped Wurli
patch) are killer. But for certain songs, the Wurli on
my Stage 76 does the trick even better.
Years ago, I used a Wurlitzer patch on a Yamaha TX 802
that was awesome. I recall reading that Chuck Leavell
used that voice (or a derivation of it...) for many of
his EP sounds on a couple of the 'Stones tours...
Makes me wonder: maybe I'll experiment a little with
the FM plug-in board in my S90....
