In the simplest case, you will need what is called a "Thru box," such as the MIDI Solutions Thru or Quadra Thru. This is because the XK-3 does not provide a Thru jack; instead it provides two Ins. A Thru box simply copies the data from the In jack (your bass pedals) to each of the outputs. Send one to the XK-3, and the other to the other modules.

This method has one drawback, both the XK3 pedals and the other modules are always "live"; i.e., they will always respond to played notes. If you want only the pedals, you must turn the other modules' volume down manually, etc. If this is satisfactory to you, though, you are done.

If you want to have a setup where each module is selected individually without adjusting volume settings, you will need to use the MIDI channel as the selector, and might need other MIDI devices in the chain. Contact me offline if you are interested in pursuing this further.
