I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but you can turn foldback on
or off for each end of the keyboard. You could have no foldback for
the low end but have it for the high end. The range for the low
octaves is 1C to 2C. Also, if you wanted to add a little more punch
to the lower octaves, you could always tweak the volume up one or two
clicks on the first octave or so's tonewheels.
