You can make one for about $200. Phone around organ repairers, and try to salvage a decent pedalboard, with switches still attatched. I got mine for $30 out of an old yamaha organ... but it's quite decent. Doepfer make a product called the ctm-64, which is a switch - midi interface, but i have ordered a product from Sound Research in California called the "25/13 deluxe pedalboard encoder" It's $150 US. I am currently waiting on it to be shipped to Australia, but the guy is easy to deal with. I was fooling around with microprocessers and plans on the internet, but no joy was to be had from my sub-par electronics skills. With one of these units though, it's simply a matter of attatching wires to the switches, and putting it ina a decent looking box. Cheers, jim
