The upper manual drawbars use CC #80, lower - CC #81 and pedals - CC
#82. For example, lower manual 16" = CC 81 value 0 - 8, 5 1/3' = CC 81
value 9 - 16, 8' = cc 81 value 17 - 24 and so on. Set each drawbar for
that CC # and data range. If the drawbars work opposite to the way they
should, (ie: the drawbar volume increases as you push it in) set the
range so the minimum value is 8 and the max. is 0 and so on. That works
on my Peavey PC1600x.
