Mark I'm not sure which setup you're referring to. In any case, if
your lower keyboard has lots of controls on top, then you have an
inherent problem no matter what stand you use. But if you're just
putting a doepfer under an organ clone, then you can sit that puppy
right on top of it. One nice thing about the modified WS550 is that
the back supports are threaded so you can get them to exactly the
right height. The only thing I don't like about the WS550 is that
the T-shape makes it awkward to carry. Keyboard players become adept
at carrying 6 heavy objects at one time, but the WS is always tipping
away from me however I hold it.
