I have a few invisible stands. They're pretty nice, but the way they're designed you still can't get two keyboards really close. I would love to use my VK7 as a bottom controller for my XK-1, especially if I could use the VK's drawbars to control the lower manual sound. Since the VK drawbars can be set to any controller numbers I'm sure I can.
