Hi all !
SpeakEasy transformer warranty sounds truly amazing.
That's the kind of confidence in the customer that
usually a big corp wouldn't offer by essence of a big
customer base size.
I understand this matter as for everybody using
different AC main and living overseas (if taking New
England as point of reference) shipping cost for
returning merchandise is crucial .
Otherwise if it should be sent back for inspection ,
can be figured out that postage cost for the customer
, out of country, would be impractical.
In this case the manufacturer confidence in their
clientele can be said it's an actual asset and
excellent attitude.
Guess that's is even possible that VAT still applies
to
the rebuilt transformer.
Customs usually doesn't allow that kind of exceptions.

Thank you very much Steve, that's great news, i'll
send you my new
address privately, but just wanted to say thanks on
the group.
I'll have a look into costs for sending it back to
you, but if it's
too expensive to ship i'll certainly except your offer
to send me a
new transformer.

have heard of
this again. Or you can send it back for a new rebuild
on us.
