Hi David
I thought that bad batch was done & gone. Email your address & a new spare will be on the way. Yours is the first we have heard of this again. Or you can send it back for a new rebuild on us.

Subject: [CWSG] Speakeasy (UK)
Anyone on the list know where i can get my Speakeasy Classic repaired
in the UK. I think the transformer has failed again (2nd one
already!), it just died on me, volume dropped off and disapeared in a
matter of seconds. I have been asking around but so far all the tech's
i have contacted say they'd prefer not to touch it as they believe
there is some inherent problem with the 220V UK versions and don't
want to risk the hassle.
cheers
Dave
