There isn't any easy, canned formula for an image-parameter crossover, because it has other variables besides crossover frequency and slope to deal with. Take a look at the book I suggested, if you want to delve deeper into the process. Or, just use the Leslie crossover as a starting point, and convert it to the correct impedance.
