Subject:barker mod for a speakeasy ?

Hi,
long time lurker, infrequent poster here.

I recently bought an XK-3 and have just got a Leslie 122 to match it.
I plan to have my speakeasy "keyboard" preamp pedal modified so i can
connect to the Leslie. Question is, should I get the barker mod while
I'm at it (I'll be sending the pedal to the US for the mod from
Australia)?
