Subject:61 note control boards.
Hello all:
I use an M-Audio 61 note controller for a second manual with my XK1 on
occasion. Great to have both manuals with virtually no excess weight.
I do not know much about the midi world like you guys, I am an old
Hammond organist and need a little guidance here. Are there any
"slim-line" 61 note controllers on the market that would only be about
2" in height with waterfall keys?
The M-Audio is almost 4 inches high and it would be nice to be able to
slide a second manual right under the XK1 even closer if possible than
my present set-up. I have the XK3 pro system and do use it quite a
bit, but the lighter XK1 sure is a nice change of pace. HS might just
come up with another lower manual like the LXK3, but if a reasonable
alternative product is out there I'd be interested. I still love my
Hammonds, but WILL not haul them around anymore. Thanks for your
help and experience here.
