Turning percussion velocity on does it. (Pg. 67 #6) Thats the quick
easy way, but then percussion volume may not be uniform.

It can also be done by turning local control off, setting MIDI in to
In1/In2 and running a MIDI cable from MIDI out to MIDI in 2 and setting
the MIDI channel. You may also have to choose a different template. If
you use a lower manual and pedals, you can still do it this way but you
would need a MIDI merge box. I'm pretty sure that's all. If you try it
and have trouble, write back and I'll redo it on mine and find what I
missed.
