I stepped out in faith and ordered a new 122 Amp Modeler from Speakeasy - should be here
in time for next Friday's gig with Junior's Roadhouse All Stars at The Goat, preeminent east
Dallas juke joint and blues bar. We will transport the XK System, Pro 145 and 122 AM for a
test drive, too. I can't wait. I cannot resist the lure of a lighter weight 122 sound. As former
owner of a clone pre-amp that drove my old V5 to great heights, I have no doubt that Mr.
Hays has another good one. David, please pass along any good settings you discover
tonight.
