If you use an external zone, turn the MIDI channels (pg. 86 #'s 10 -
12) off. If you leave these on, you are still double triggering, but
it is instantaneous. Also, if you are using the XK-3's expression
pedal to send volume info, you are sending on up to three channels.
This can cause things like note on/off and volume changes to be
delayed.
