Have you adjusted the motors properly. If you look on
the internet yo can find a 122 or 147 manual which
explains how to adjust the motors alignment pin that
engages the fast/slow wheel. I rebuilt my Leslie 145
totally using the original motors that were in it. My
Leslie was in pretty bad shape, it was sitting in an
outside garage for over 25 years. Leslie motors are
pretty indestructable. I took my motors completely
apart and cleaned them with WD40 and installed new
springs, etc. that was in the motor rebuild kit I
purchased.
