Hi Bruce,

I hope I’m not being a pain in the butt.

I spoke to my tech…If you can try to play a discord using the korg’s own
organ sound (on preamp mode and not an external source.). like the notes
cdefg he said it triggers the problem. If have have time get back to me.Also
another thing about the Korg-I had times when it freezes.Meaning I cannot
change the settings..It happens then goes away.

Hi Lawrence,

I already ran the test. I can hear no difference in sound between the upper
and lower manuals, except that the lower manual can't have percussion.

As I said earlier, I swap manuals all the time, because I also use the BX-3
for synth, piano, clav, etc. Sometimes I'll start a sound on one manual, and
switch in mid-song. I can't hear any difference between the two, and I've
often played with both manuals on the same sound.
