Subject:Speakeasy Stereo Preamp and Prototype AMA for Sale
I am purchasing the combo mono preamp/AMA from Steve, so will be selling my
Stereo Speakeasy rack (with switchable Classic/Howler and 11-pin input and
outputs) along with the prototype AMA (11 pin in and 11 pin / ¼” out). The
buyer will save hundreds of $$$ off the retail price.
If anyone is interested on this list, contact me privately at
djacques@csulb.edu .

Well, between DJ's and Moe's and Steve's posts, I called Steve about
this SVT preamp I bought used in June that I could not get to do too
much - it's labeled "Motion Sound Classic" on the actual front right
below the label "Clone" and appears like new. I made some quick notes
of settings he used with his preamp and Pro3T/LoPro a few years back.
The preamp of the Pro145 is somewhat different with the Gain and
Contour controls, but it's the same idea.
I use powered cabinets w/o Pro145 when I'm not sure of schlepping help
load-in/out at gigs.. So then I ordered the second model down on SE's
AMA page: 122 AMA with built in Speakeasy Preamp.
I did post I liked the idea (a lot) didn't I?
