Subject:Cheap clone

Hey all,

I'm looking for a cheap clone for a project, hopefully < $500. In
doing a quick search this morning, it seems that older Voce modules
fit this bill. I need the clone to do these things:

1) NO Leslie effect, or at least the ability to turn it off
2) respond to MIDI drawbars (more specifically, MIDI sliders as drawbars)
3) sound decent :)

All other things are negotiable. Can anyone point to specific devices
that might work well? I've looked at the Micro BII, but the manual
doesn't list the ability to use MIDI drawbars.
