Hey I'm going with the wife to Vegas for the weekend and going to see George Duke and Stanley Clarke!! I'll ask him if it was his. LOL ! I will give a full report of this show when I return. If anyone should get a good Rhodes and piano sound it should be Mr. Dukey stick. Also thanks to everyone for the answers to my questions regarding SoundForge/ tape restoration,
Norm

Here is an A90 for sale on Ebay. It was owned by George Duke. (Apparently)

Thanks, Steve. Actually, I was hoping to find something with that lighter
touch you described. I used to play a Yamaha S90 and, although the action
was nice, by the end of the season my fingers and wrists were hurting.
(playing lots of 8th notes ala Jerry Lee & Little Richard didn't help
matters ;-)
Anyhow, I just found out that a Guitar Center located about an hour from
where I live has an RD-300sx on the floor. I'm going over there after work
to check it out.

Peter

I quickly played one at the local Sam Ash. Didn't have
a chance to go through the sounds. My immediate
reaction was that the action is very light. The
rd700sx has a full weighted feel like the FP series
(FP3, FP5), but the rd300sx feels about as light as
you can get and still call it "weighted".
