Subject:Re: Voce V5 double manual setup
Hi,
There's no modification to the V5 that will fix you up.
Very few keyboards provide a merged Thru capability, which would allow you to combine two keyboard outputs into one data stream. Most of the ones that I've seen are older master controllers. I'm not sure if the Doepfer waterfall keyboards support this feature. And, if you already have two keyboards that won't help you.
The only other possibility would be to try to "bury" the Quadra Merge inside one of the keyboards. This is not an easy thing to do in many modern keyboard controllers, and of course if you have to cut and solder, it voids the warranty on both the keyboard and Quadra Merge.
Regards,
-BW
