They're the same per Roland. I looked hard at the VR760, but found
my 'workaround' which is actually pretty easy: I use an original Fantom
bought used 'mint' for $750 and added SRX Ultimate keys and SR-JV80
sessions expansion boards, since it will take one SRX and two SR-
JV80's. Then I have my VK8M set up and velcro'd to the top of the
Fantom's disk drive and rear keyboard edge. So I have all great
keyboard sounds with synths and hundreds of instrument sounds. Then I
go straight to the VK8M for organ/rotary sim set up by itself in a
performace on 3 channels, upper, lower, and pedals. The Fantom makes a
fantastic controller when you factor in all the other sounds you could
ever use. Walter j
