Subject:Re: Possible volume control of XK-3 using it's Mod Wheel

Hi Peter and Thomas,

You don't even have to use Local Off. If you set the Event Processor to filter everything, then pass only the Mod Wheel converted to your choice of Expression or Volume, all you need to do is plug it in like so:

XK3 MIDI Out --> Event Processor --> XK3 MIDI In

The Filter All message will keep all of the notes, drawbars, etc. from double-tracking. The XK3 accepts both CC#7 (Volume) and CC#11 from an external source -- in this case, its own MIDI Out! :-)

Regards,

-BW
