I'm sorry to say......This seems to be some sort of chain letter that's
being going around. I did a google search on the name "Penny Brown" to
see if there is an actual amber alert, but instead got a list of
websites(www. snopes.com www.hoaxbusters.ciac.org www.urbanlegends.com,
etc...) that say that this alert is a hoax.

Just a word of warning.
