Subject:bass rotor

Hi all. Got my first leslie last saturday..a 710. (Well third; i have
owned a 70m, and a 705, but they're not really counted.) So I am
slowly moving up in the world. I have been busy wiring power and jack
inputs on the back..and it sounds sweet, even with the rotosonic drum.
However who's really ever satisfied? so I am embarking on a project to
convert it into sort of a 122, removing the 6 by 9's, putting a new
lower shelf in, etc. And of course, the bass rotor, Which, after that
convoluted introduction, is the subject of this post.
I am planning to knock one up out of plywood, and, having never seen
one in its natural form, was wondering if someone could tell me the
dimensions, and the curvature of the scoop. Thank you...

Also; As it has a two channel amplifier, could an electronic crossover
be used before the amplifier, the lows sent to one channel for the
15", and the highs to the other channel for the horn? or will the
impedences be wrong if all the 6x9's are removed?
