You might want to give the Traynor K4 a look. I just got one
recently, and so far I'm loving it (despite the fact that the first
one was damaged in shipping, so Yorkville had to send me a new one).

The K4 is a true stereo amp. It has a 12" speaker in the center for
the low frequencies. On each side of the 12" speaker is a 4.5"
midrange and a 2.5" compression driver. The low frequencies are
summed into the 12" driver thru a 200W amp, while the left and right
sides are driven by two 50W amps, so you have a total of 300W. Since
everything is mounted in one cabinet, it doesn't have the stereo
separation you'd get with two separate cabinets, but for my needs it
works quite well.

The K4 has stereo XLR line outs with a ground lift switch, so you can
run your signals to the PA mixer without needing a DI in between. But
as I mentioned in another post, the signal from the line outs is
pretty hot, so if your PA board doesn't have attenuation pads built
in, you may need to use some inline ones (fairly inexpensive).

The K4 has 3 stereo inputs for keyboards, as well as a 4th "monitor"
input that is not fed to the line outs. Channel 1 has tubes on the
L/R inputs, which adds a bit of that tube warmth (or growl). But you
can also bypass the tubes, if you prefer.

I play in a 9-piece soul/R&B/funk band. I've used the K4 at two gigs
so far -- running a Roland VK-8M, a Yamaha S90, and Yamaha Motif ES7
thru it -- and have been very happy with it. It's got plenty of
volume for my needs -- I haven't needed to crank the master gain past
the 40-45% mark yet. And I'm very impressed with how it can reproduce
a nasty, growling organ AND a crystal clear piano patch at the same
time.
