Hi Obie,

As a general rule, bass amps have always been a better match for an organ than a guitar amp. I like Hafler MOSFET amps for high-power clones, and I stumbled across them by trying a Digitech-Hafler G150, which is a Hafler P1500 stereo amp with a different preamp on the front. Although originally pitched as a stereo guitar amp, put it in bridged mode and it's widely known as a "bass player's dream."

The only questions with bass amps are 1) the EQ section (filter points could be wrong), and 2) the speakers (might not have enough high end response, or a funny peak designed to accent popping/slapping techniques).
