One or two of these: http://tinyurl.com/fdpos may be the way to go, but
you will have to "roll your own". They cost a little more than regular
guitar cables but are not nearly as expensive as Monster Cables. I use
a number of their finished cables. I bought them because they seemed
pretty sturdy, but they actually appear to sound better as well.
