Subject:Leslie 120

There's a completed auction for a Leslie 120 on eBay that you can look
it if you're interested by doing a search on item # 7421808610.

This is a very odd Leslie. If you work your way down the listing to
the pictures, check out the back view: It looks like wood slats, some
maybe 1x4" and others odd widths, were laid out and pressed together
horizontally to make the sides of the cabinet, with the veneer laid on
top. In the back view you can see the exposed ends of the wood slats
with the back off.

The single low rotor looks a little shorter than normal, can't tell
from the slightly downward view. I'm still interesting in finding one
of these to maybe hotrod into a Steppenwolf-type Leslie. They already
have a normal two-speed motor, and special design Jensen full-range
speaker, no amp, just a connector ..supposed to be able to handle 20w
from the organ's power and speaker outlet, with standard Leslie cable
control.
