Subject:RE: Question about the Leslie 2101???
Thanks for getting back to me. What you explained to me makes sense. Now,
it appears that if I need more volume, I could also have the 2101's simmed
low rotor output sent to another amp via 1/4" jack and in order to amplify
the treble rotor's output I'd have to put a mic on it. Am I correct?

Yes, the small speakers provide the digital low rotor as well as any
stationary channel signal. When the XK-3 is set for a 2-3 channel
Leslie and the break and Leslie on buttons are off, the sound is sent
out the stationary channel to the small speakers and the tweeters
only. The horn is not used. If the break button is lit the sound goes
through the stopped horn as well as the small speakers.
When the 2101 is connected to a 2121 or other amp, those small
speakers can be muted or left active.
