When you select a new preset on the Electro, the drawbar settings change to whatever they were saved as in the preset. So, if you're cooking along and you've been playing the drawbars and you want to add V/C to the top and bottom so you select a preset with V/C on, the drawbars will all jump to a different setting.

Why not just create another preset that has C/V off for both manuals? Then
all you would need to do is cursor up or down to that particular preset.
