In order to assure that we are matching up any give customer with the best
possible solutions requires a certain amount of understanding of the
customers desires and expectations.
Admittedly we could get this info in a series of E-mails, spanning perhaps
days, but most customers appreciate the personal attention to their specific
needs.
This is why we prefer having a one on one telephone conversation.
