Some things are easier to explain over the phone anyway. I've called Steve a
couple of times now and like Dan said, you'll learn something new. He's an
easy guy to talk to and no sales pitches. Having talked to him myself, and
going on what other users have said about the customer service and their
products, I think you're better just picking up the phone rather than
looking for an alternative.
