I've haven't used the piano voices much. I probably would use them a bit if the Leslie sim fast/slow pedal automatically became the piano sustain pedal (like on the Electro) when a piano voice was selected. But, if I am playing through a Motion Sound amp, I wouldn't use the pianos anyway, and reprogramming the pedal is a pain. It is possible to get a double foot-pedal and have each do one job. The DX7 voice is pretty accurate; the others aren't so hot - about the same quality as the VK7 electric piano. It would have made more sense to use the sample memory for just one Rhodes sound and make it better. A great feature however, is the Vox Continental sound. When used with the appropriate drawbars and V1 or V2 and some reverb it is really nice (and I play lots of combo organs)!
