I'll be interested in hearing how the percussion issue works out for
you, Mark. Since you have a VK, how does it compare to that on the
percussion issue? WHen I had the VK-8M I had to put the overall perc.
level down to around 1 or 2 at the most or it was overbearing. Also
what is your opinion on the other sounds? I recall someone else
reviewing the unit & they weren't too impressed. If Hammond wants to
make a grab for Electro's market share w/ this unit they'll need to
have some strong contenders in the elec. piano section. Now if they
would just come out w/ this as a module rather than the XK-3 (plus put
it all into one piece, ala VK-8M, instead of the 2 piece configuration)
it could get a pretty big slice of the market pie.
