when it comes to mp3's. it is hard to judge completely just from
listening to a few short demos, but what does help, is to take off the
headphones, and turn up your monitors (or desktop speakers) and step
back as far as you can. Then you will hear it more from a "live"
sound standpoint, and pick up some room reflections.
Or better yet, run it to your live amp setup...
