Subject:Virtual Cyber Showcase

A recent change in web servers left Speakeasy with a lot of unused storage
space, so we decided to post a couple of MP3s. Even so, we still have lots
of room, and it seems a shame to leave all those empty bytes. Many ISPs and
Webhosts either outright refuse MP3 files or leave you with so little space
that you can't post anything with out compressing it into digital vomit.

So, we struck upon an idea. In order to hand out a thank you to the
community at large, we are going to offer anyone who wishes to send in an
MP3 of their performance, a bit of space on our webserver.

Here are the requirements:

Limit 1 posting per group. (You can send 2 or 3 for us to choose from if you
wish)

Format: MP3

Length: 5 min max (more or less, 5min 10sec is not a problem, but 20min is)

Content: Recording must feature or at least contain vintage keys or a clone
of vintage keys.

Legal: You must hold the copyright for the recording and/or content, or it
must be public domain.

Enclosures: Be sure to send in a write up of what keyboard gear we are
hearing, so we can let others know how you get your killer sound. Also send
in a 200 x 200 Jpeg or Gif of your album cover, or Band Photo and a brief
Bio of the group (Band name, Album name, History etc.).

Submissions will be subject to approval, but approval will be based on
explicit content, not performance.

Send you best to bandstand@speakeasyvintagemusic.com

Cheers!
