I saw him play at Jazz Alley in Seattle last year. His show was awesome. I got chills hearing him play the B-3. I was 10 ft. away. I met him after the show and my wife took our picture. I had those "don't wash your hand after you shook Billy Preston's" feelings! He had relapsed back into a short drug binge I have heard which put him in a coma last November. This is only internet hearsay but I think it may be true. Don't quote me! He has fought these demons for a long time. Thanks Billy for everything.
