I use a Roland RD300sx. The action is not as heavy as its big brother, the
RD700sx, but its definitely weighted hammer action. Its professional quality
and has high/low eq knobs, two zone volume controls, can easily do layers
and splits etc. Great sound too.

Hello all,

I'm looking around for an 88 note lightweight hammer action piano to
compliment my Electro. I tried a Yamaha P70, loved the action and
sound, but it's designed more for the home market and doesn't have the
real time controls that I need to play live. I'm now considering the
Roland FP2. Any comments or suggestions are most welcome.

Thanks, Ken
