Novation has a Remote SL Zero that has a control surface and no
keyboard. It has templates for various soft synths and you can name
the patches.

Its supposed to be shipping soon. Sweetwater is expecting them in
August.

M-Audio has the UC-33e. It only has a numeric display but does have a
numeric keypad. It has a template for the B4.

Are these the type of thing you were thinking of? The good thing
about these units is that you can assign the knobs to control things
like filter cutoff and resonance on the soft synths.
