Subject:cx3 overdrive?

Overdrive/exp knob does not alter the sound of any of the available
programs. Unit was purchased used. I'd searched for an edit functions
that might have been altered relulting in this problem but no dice.
Any similar problems/suggestions anhyone can offer?

Also, recently read that cx3 was modeled after the C3, not the B3.
Could this be why I'm not getting the ballsy sound I'd hoped for?
Currently using twin Barbetta 41c's with a SE pre amp. Seriously
considering replacing the works with the new XK1 and a MSpro145.
Before committing another $3k+ to the project, was wondering if any of
the many cx3 aficiandos out there might offer some insight on the
dilemma(?)
