I think that's a huge stretch - HS selling a "million
of them." However, I agree that it will most likely
come in at a comparable price to the Roland. After
all, that seems to be what HS is competing against
with this product. They'll most like "ride on the
Hammond name" and keep the price comparable, hoping
that it will sway folks toward their product. No need
to lower the pricing in this case, IMO.
Also, I noticed from the NAMM show directory, that HS
has moved down to one booth, instead of the two it has
had in the last few years, since they returned to NAMM
show. The booth they dropped was upstairs in the Piano
area. Perhaps the noise levels were too much for the
piano vendors or maybe they're just cutting costs.
Hmmmmm.

PS There's an ad in Keyboard Mag on the XK-1 keyboard.
It's a half page ad towards the back of the magazine.
