Matthew will never be out of the creation process on WSOP. There needs to be some discreet laws on ownership of songs. Granted all through recorded music history, the song writer has always suffered the short end of the stick. Printed piano sheet music back in the pre-recording era, was .99 cents, publisher and .01 cent song writer. Cases like Procol's should open up a new definition of royalty assessment.

Hi All,
Just a personal perception that also Matthew Fisher
had put their brain , fingers and soul on the song
that drove me to this amazing way.
I've heard before Hammond w/o Leslie, but 'Whiter' was
the piece of art that let to have the best of both
worlds (H + L)
It's near impossible to think that he had been out of
the creational process.
BTW, at early 70's I was doubting if DeepPurple was
part of it, as they were performers as swell. (J.Lord)
The verdict now bring more light about how the things
came.
Greets,
Rafael
