That’s good advise for most situations in life.Last year there was and xk3
for sell.The seller required all bidders to contact him before bidding..I
did..Smelled fishy.One of those too good to be true deals.I passed.

Yeah, typical. I do a lot of business over Ebay with the samples I sell. I
also deal with a lot of international buyers. But I have been very lucky as
I have had few problems. Especially now that I click on the "require instant
payment" option in the listings form.

The best thing to do when you encounter a deadbeat is lick your wounds and
move on. But do all you can to protect yourself the next time.
