I use the Audigy 2 ZS card, and if your system is set up right, you
can get down under 4ms latency (anything under 10 is good)... my
system wants to lock in at a sample rate of 24/48khz, but my VST does
very good dithering down to 16/44.1 in final mixdowns.. its a good
value for a good startup ASIO setup
