Walt,

Can you share those setting with us? I'm eager to try new settings. It's
been a long time since I had my beloved 145, and while I'm very happy with my
VR-760 with the VK-8 engine in it, I can never quite get that "ahhhh" feeling
I had with my 145. I remember I used to toggle between fast and slow a lot
because I loved the sound during the transition. I beat up those motors and
switch quite a lot in those days.

I'd love to try your settings and see how it feels.

Thanks,
Gene

I adjusted some speed parameters and transition times and got a
sound I like even better: I like a Leslie to run 'almost' too slow
on both chorale and tremelo, just right on the fine line before too
slow - sounds totally gutsy to my ear. And I like the horn to take
several turns ramping up/down and the drum ramping up slow then
freewheeling for way past the horn's ramp down after that. With some
editing these Leslie fx are right where I like them = think almost
Steppenwolf, but not quite. It's when the Leslie sim's running slow
that you can get that effect very pronounced on big chords and
endings. Walter j
